Yogyakarta, 8 November 2021.The FITK Journal House UIN Sunan Kalijaga held a meeting to discuss the FITK Journal House Performance Report 2020-2021 and the Presentation of the 2022 Journal House RENSTRA. The event was attended by Prof.Dr.Iswandi Syahputra, S.Ag.M.Si.as Deputy Chancellor I of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Prof.Dr.Hj.Sri Sumarni, M.Pd.as the Dean of FITK, Dr.Imam Machali, M.Pd.as Deputy Dean III/Director of FITK Journal House and journal manager at FITK UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

Prof.Dr.Iswandi Syahputra, S.Ag.M.Si.emphasized that Lecturers and Education Personnel as journal managers are not only busy with journal management activities ranging fromjournal publishing and DOI (Digital ObjectIdentification) activities to journal accreditation preparation.However, journal managers must also be active in journal writing and continue improving their writing quality.

Prof.Dr.Hj.Sri Sumarni, M.Pd., emphasized that the Dean supports academic activities in terms of journal writing and journal management.It is hoped that the administration will improve the quality of their journal writing; for journals that have not been accredited, Sintase will immediately carry out accreditation, and for journals that have been accredited, Sinta will upgrade to the next level up to Scopus.
