The main profile of graduates of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI) is to become a manager of an educational institution.In this era of the Covid-19 pandemic, all lines of life must be creative in developing themselves so they can still exist in times of crisis.On this basis, the MPI Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta held an "Odd Semester 2021/2022 Public Lecture" with the theme "Becoming an Education Manager and Entrepreneur in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period" which was stored virtually via Zoom Cloud Meeting.

This public lecture in the form of a national webinar presented three speakers, namely (1)Nora Saiva Jannana, M.Pd[Secretary of MPI Study Program], (2) Muhammad Irzal, S.Th.I, M.Pd., M.Pd.I [ Director of PT.USM Berkah Indonesia, Chairman of PP KOMAS Community Economics, and Chairman of the Board of Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Islamic Boarding Schools] and (3) Zhakiah Joban, SE [Chairman of ALISA ICMI Central Java, Deputy Chairman of Kadin Semarang, Central Java MSMEs, Head of Entrepreneurship & Creative Economy, and other activities ].The event was hosted by the host, Thifal Khansa Nabila [HMPS MPI], and the moderator, Afiq Fikri Almas, M.Pd.[Alumni of MPI Study Program, Director of leadership academy, and founder of Brainducation].

In his speech,Dr.Zainal Arifin, MSI[Head of MPI Study Program], said that the "Odd Semester 2021/2022 General Lecture" was held to strengthen the profile of MPI students as education managers as well as having entrepreneurial competencies.The MPI Study Program invites practitioners and entrepreneurs to equip students with managerial and creativepreneur principles during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The results of the Kalijaga Tracer Study (KTS) conducted by CENDI (Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in 2020 explained that the number of MPI students working and entrepreneurship was 21%, and 47.50% worked in the field of education.So, on this basis, this public lecture is critical for students to provide provisions as an education manager and an entrepreneur, said Nora Saiva Jannana, M.Pd.

Muhammad Irzal, S.Th.I, M.Pd., M.Pd.I said that to become an Education manager, one must be able to implement management functions such asleading, planning, actuating, and controlling. During this pandemic, a manager and entrepreneur must have a solutive, cooperative, driving, sensitive, creative, innovative, and evaluative attitude.At the end of his presentation, Kang Irzal delivered a "quote" to inspire the students,"Give the best you have, because that is where you will get from God the best for yourself.".

No less inspiring than Kang Irzal, Ms. Zhakiah Joban, SE, a housewife with many activities and businesses, also gave a "quot,""Try 2 or 3 times more than most other people.Because the most certain thing is that effort never betrays results."For him, everyone should be able to act as an entrepreneur because entrepreneurship does not have to be related to buying and selling but also good service.For example, a lecturer with an entrepreneurial attitude will teach students competently so that students, as education consumers, feel satisfied.The students, as the younger generation, have nine (9) roles in helping the business world towards thegolden age era,namely:agent of change (change maker), guardian of value, iron stock, moral force, social control, innovator & creator, problem solver, influencer, and connector.

Indonesia. The "Odd Semester General Lecture 2021/2022" was attended by more than 200 participants, both from lecturers and internal students of the MPI Study Program as well as lecturers and students from other campuses throughout Indonesia, for example, from the MPI Study Program who joined the Islamic Education Management Study Program Association (PPMPI). Hopefully, this activity will be helpful in significantly strengthening the main profile of MPI graduates as prospective educators (managers) who are creative, innovative, productive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, amen.
