On this occasion, Dr.Muqowim, M.Ag conveyed several factors that caused Islamic civilization in the field of science and technology to reach its peak in the 8th to 13th centuries, namely "because of the gravity of the Qur'an" while citing the views of Harvard historians in his Introduction to the History of Science.Based on this, the Qur'an should be used as a "context of discovery," not a "context of justification." The universal values in the Qur'an should be developed in Islamic studies regardless of the scientific field, such as education, economics, science, and culture.

What was conveyed by Dr.Muqowim, M.Ag, was responded to positively by other speakers, especially Prof.Dr.Obaidillah Fahaad and Dr.Abdul Majid Khan. The two lecturers of Islamic studies at AMU emphasized the importance of reviving the universal Islamic values in the Qur'an to develop civilization so that it becomes a blessing for all.
